A senior member of Sandia National Laboratories’ Technical Staff, Todd Noel works as a Software Engineer and Analysist in support of the Global Security Analysis and Simulation Department.  

With more than 10 years of experience, Todd leverages his extensive knowledge with modeling and simulation systems to conduct software development, training, and analysis. Todd has played a major part in developing software such Scribe3D©, PREP©, Risk Informed Timelines© and developed the prototype for PathTrace©. He continues to develop, updating existing tools and works toward building novel applications.

Todd has extensive travel experience with over 20 international trips in support of global security programs, including the National Nuclear Security Administration’s Office of Global Material Security, the U.S. Department of State, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency. These trips are often centered around training and analysis using the software systems described above.

Todd holds an B.S. in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico.
