Time: 12:00-4:00pm

The Australian Nuclear Science & Technology Organization (ANSTO) and the US National Nuclear Security Administration’s office of International Nuclear Security (INS) proposes to hold a virtual technical exchange focusing on response considerations for adversary pathway development and analysis for Nuclear Facilities.

 The virtual technical exchange will run as a forum where participants can discuss, share, and develop conclusions about the current landscape and will cover the following topics:

  • Threat Continuum
  • Adversary Planning Cycles
  • Target Selection
  • Pathway Selection & Response Countermeasures
  • Tools used to develop and analyze adversary pathways
  • Case Study Discussions

 Desired audience: Security managers and response force personnel at the site operations and national level.

 

CYBER

Date: 28-30 September,  2022

Time: 12:00-3:00pm

The Australian Nuclear Science & Technology Organization (ANSTO) and the US National Nuclear Security Administration’s office of International Nuclear Security (INS) will be holding a virtual technical exchange focusing on the challenges nuclear facilities are facing in responding cyber risks. 

The virtual technical exchange will run as a forum where participants can discuss, share, and develop conclusions about the current landscape and potential security solutions.

The exchange does not require any technical background in cyber to attend.

 The virtual technical exchange will consist of formal presentations, demonstrations, and joint activities. All activities are designed to foster discussion and create a deeper understanding of our collective challenges and potential solutions.

Topics will include:

  1. Asset & Network Visibility
  2. Threat Visibility & Landscape
  3. Identifying & Managing Risks

The exchange concludes with a brief joint discussion on potential areas of regional partnership.
