PathTrace and Scribe3D Workshop- Veracruz, Mexico

On behalf of the United States Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA), Office of International Nuclear Security (INS), it is our pleasure to invite representatives from your organization to participate in the PathTrace and Scribe3D Workshop. This workshop will be held in Veracruz, Mexico from 14 – 18 August 2023.

This course is developed for personnel responsible for the design of physical security systems and personnel who perform evaluations of the effectiveness of existing or new physical security systems as well as personnel who design and evaluate modifications to the existing physical security system that may result in detriment or deficiency in the efficiency of the system. It is also for personnel of the response force that assists in the development of the design and evaluation of the physical security system.

INS invites your government to nominate participants to attend the in-person workshop, which will be presented in English with Spanish interpretation available. Participants should have experience or responsibility for physical security within their organization.

There are no training or registration fees for participants. In addition, DOE/NNSA offers to pay for transportation to and from the workshop, lodging, and to provide a stipend for meals to all participants travelling more than 80km (50 miles) to attend the event. Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided for all participants. No honorariums or salaries can be paid.

To enable INS to begin making logistics arrangements for those participants travelling more than 80km for the event, participants should communicate with Briana Sanchez, as well as send her a photocopy of their passport by 30 June 2023.
