Important details for guests to be aware of regarding group block:
*Check-in time is 3:00pm or later.
*Check-out time is any time prior to 11:00am.

*Group Rates are based on availability at the time of booking.  Cutoff date for group rate reservations is October 7,  2022 for the ARS group block.

*Rate is based on Single or Double occupancy Standard Room Type (High Floor Rooms And More Than Two Adults & Two Children Increases The Rate Each Night) (Max Occupancy Of 4 People).      

* Breakfast is Included for ARS Monday - Friday 6:30am - 9am and Saturday and Sunday 7am - 10am.

*Deposit for the full stay will become non-refundable 72 hours prior to arrival.

*In the event of individual guest room Cancellation, Date Changes and Length of Stay Changes kindly give a 72-hour notice (by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time) or a fee for the full stay will be charged.
